The Rum Day Cocktail Club Pop Up is a 4 - day experience leading up to National Rum Day. The Rum Day Cocktail Club opens Monday, August 13th until Thursday, August 16th. Each evening will have its own uniquely crafted Rum Cocktail menu + a different Chef inspired food menu to compliment the cocktails and the theme of the evening.
